Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote our organization's initiatives.

Create engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media, website content, and marketing materials.

Conduct research and gather relevant information to craft accurate and compelling messages targeted at different audiences, such as stakeholders, customers, employees, and the media.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging across different departments.

Manage and maintain our organization's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement with followers.

Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication and respond to media inquiries.

Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as conferences, webinars, and community outreach programs, to facilitate effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.

Edit and proofread communication materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Assist in the development and maintenance of internal communication platforms, such as intranet portals, employee newsletters, and memos, to facilitate transparent and effective internal communication.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts through metrics and feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.

Familiarity with media relations and experience in managing press releases and media inquiries

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices for effective online communication.

Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
